Hi..Im in Chile..and saw some of this before our earthquake last saturday, but, not completely agreed with flashes on sky due, the light you see is energy exploting. But still believe you could have reason about H.A.A.R.P.. today, everything with manipulation is possible. The thing is..what about if someone is manipulating this? Chile is a place of earthquakes..is not the first time. the anormal is we had a lot of movement in different countries almost at the same time tha is not normall at all.
